In this tutorial, let us learn about the Use of Double Negative In Excel Formulas.

One should get to know about this as part of Advance excel.

The double negative converts the TRUE or FALSE values into binary numeric equivalents as 1 and 0.

Here you can see I type True and false and try to convert them into numeric like this using the double negative formula.

Here I have some names and would like to extract the count of names whose character length is greater than 5.

There would be other ways to calculate this by adding a column and using a LEN function.
