Annotations:
Select the cell that’s in the first column and row you don’t want to be frozen. In this case ‘C3’.

Click ‘View’ → ‘Freeze Panes’ and click the first option, ‘Freeze Panes’.

You now have multiple rows and columns frozen. This means they’ll stay visible when you scroll.

To unfreeze the rows and columns, it doesn’t matter which cell you select.

Simply click ‘Freeze Panes’ in the ‘View tab’. The first option is now replaced by ‘Unfreeze panes’. Click this to unfreeze the panes.
