First things first, how to get the source Excel file – here are your two options:
1) Recommended – Head over to https://www.tmbanalytics.com/excel-for-analytics and drop your name and email in the form and the email will show up right to your inbox in case you need to download again. 2) Head over to Github and download the file from https://github.com/mattbrattin/Excel-for-Analytics
